mechanic section back

The mechanics section is back, sorta- needs cleaning up desperately 
(content and layout), but better than nothing.  I think it was 
supposed to get "ported" over to the new site design but someone 
forgot to.

I'm working on the parts section next, although that might take a 
while as I seem to recall it used several pages, popup windows, and 
other jazz...

If you have any other tips and such for things that need cleaning up 
or whatnot(I think the amount of information we present on the list 
information pages is pathetic), let me know, I'm in an 
HTML-mucking-about mood and Dan isn't around to stop me :-)
