Inoperable power windows and sun/moon roof ..

Hi,

In my 1995 A6, I had to usually wait a couple of minutes to operate the 
power windows and sun/moon roof after switching
on the ignition. The central locking and mirrors would come on 
instantaneously though.

Recently, the power windows and sun/moon roof just died and are not moving. 
Two of my windows are stuck in open position.
The fuses look okay.

Can someone suggest what is the best thing to do?
