Thermo Idle Stab. & Wiring?

Howdy!

I purchased two new Thermo Idle Stab. switches for my 86 5000CS-Turbo
about a year ago.

One of the switches, goes inside of the thermostat housing, and currently 
has a single Blue wire/with green tracer connected to it.

The second Thermo Idle Stab. switch is in the cylinder head, by the P/S
pump, has what appears to be a solid blue wire, with no other color present.

My question is, do I have the correct color wires to the correct
switches, or do I have them messed up?  One of the wires broke in
January, and I am thinking that maybe I have mixed them up, and this is
causing my rich running - fuel/motor problems.  Finally got an
appointment with the dealer for Friday.  Thought this could be one more
try before taking it in for service!

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
