Yup, that's a stop leak powder sold in clear tubes.....the stuff works OK
at plugging small radiator and heater core leaks, it also works great at
plugging radiator, heater core and small engine coolant passages too. I
used in once many moons ago to plug some pinholes in a radiator that was
leaking when I was many miles from home, drained and cleaned the coolant
system as soon as I could change the radiator, but it was too late for
the heater core, the passages were plugged by the stuff.
