TCandey's 5+5 quattro project

Don't know about Todd Candey, but there is a fellow on VWVortex.com and
motorgeek.com who is making a Golf quattro. He striped a Mk2 VW GTI and is
in the process of putting a compete 4000 motors and running gear into it.
