HELP! Engine mounts not ligning up

Just an update, I was finally able to get the engine aligned. The problem was silly really, but I didn't want to take out the engine mounts. The mounts have to be put in after the engine is in position b/c while the tranny is mounted in the rear and the engine mounted to it, they lower in an arc, so the lower you drop the motor, the more forward the mounting brackets come. It was just a bit annoying to have to loosen both mounts so much as the bolts are very long and it had to be done by box-end wrench cuz of the clearence between the subframe. Also there's no way to torque the mount nuts after you moun the engine also cuz of clearance. Ah well...
