Climate Control- '95 A6q

Hi All,

My dad's climate control has gone bizzerk! Sometimes
it works fine, then everything shuts down if you try
to adjust it, or it only blows on high with no display
or control of temp! I'm thinking maybe the contacts
are dirty or there is a short somewhere...any other
ideas or BTDTs?
