3x medical to be divided as follows:  1/3 goes to pay your medical bills 
(if your insurance paid, then you have to repay them.)  1/3 to you.  1/3 to 
lawyer.  Now if you settle yourself and they offer 2x medical, that is the 
same offer, as the extra 1x the lawyer gets you goes right to the lawyer.
