Audi 3.6 and 4.2 Main and Rod Bearings

Evidentally Audi doesn't have much faith in rebuilders, the ETKA shows a rebuilt engine (7000 bucks) but doesn't list main or rod bearings for the 3.6 or 4.2. 

I can get rods and pistons made, but the mains and rods have me worried, they are availalbe somewhere, has anybody traveled down this road before?

I have a couple of High mileage 4.2 engines I would like to overhaul prior to supercharging!
