I think the dialynx Quattro is really around the 600 hp mark, after all the
90 quattro with the 20v turbo that took part in imsa was making over 600 hp
in the early 1990's. take a look at ned richie's 90,
www.intendedacceleration.com was producing over 500 bhp in a road car.
So I figure these power levels are obtainable given enough money and
development. And like I say, I have seen the dialynx shorty doing a 2.45
0-60 run at a drag strip.
Also here in the uk there are many skylines running 800-1000 hp. and non of
them were in the top 5, probably due to weight, over the quarter they would
destroy the dialynx shorty, not the black urq with the chevvy engine
though...... 8.7 quarter at 170, fastest skyline I have seen running pulled
a 10.2 at 160........ and that was a genuine ~1000 hp car.
