AOA warranty claim WAS Between a Rock and a Dealer

Joshua:  WHERE?  Duane (NH) had something similar happen to his A6
Copy their service manual where it says 90,000 miles and hammer them on this.
File suit it you have to.
Audi has this KNOW condition where they have given GOOD WILL to other 
"unlucky" audi owners.  I can see how they want to stay outside of the warranty issue 
with the dealer "off the hook" because its a month after the warranty period 
for their work.
Backing up through their plate glass windows could releave some stress but 
will cost you more in the long run.
Take picture though..............
ITS A GOOD WILL ISSUE with the dealer who did the work.
OEM parts should last longer than 15K......3K after warranty.
