Need Fam Album help

I just upgraded my old PC to Windows 2000, but the FA I have doesn't want to
run. I'm getting an access error...

It ran find on the same machine with Win98...

I've tried searching on this, but haven't found any answers (I'm also
impatient).

Can anyone give me a hand with this?

Error is for starter codes
ERROR   oiedep.enus.c.ntwin Deployment library not authorized
