I think the 7A manifold is similar to the NG one on the 10v cars 
(actually, I think the 10v version is a "copy" of the 20v one).  Which 
means it is a two piece assembly.  Undoing the two halves will allow 
removal of the top half, giving you access to all the things you want to 
play with.
