Update.  I went next door and took a look at the tool.  Not close top Snap
On, but serviceable for the DIYer.  They ONLY honor the price in their
stores, and there's NO code other than the part number.  They can order as
many as I want.  I am willing to do so and ship them out if there's
sufficient interest.  HOWEVER:  I pay sales tax, so you do, too.  It's gonna
cost 5 or 6 bucks per unit to get them mailed out, and I do NOT want to be
going to the post office every day.  We can get 10, all at once, I'm
available for the task.  If there's an HF store in your area, they'll honor
the ad if you have a copy, which I can provide.  Think about it.  John
