The bottom one is the sender for the CIS-E computer.  The top one is for 
the water temp gauge.

The last time I saw a thermotime switch it was screwed into the back of 
the head, but that was on my CIS 82 Coupe, so it may have been relocated 
for the CIS-E cars.
