David,

Before you do the swap you have to do a little planning.  The Euro
lamp housings for the B3/B4 cars do not have the parking light or
the turn signal lights in them (Euro cars have the turn signal in the
bumper).  So, you'll need to decide what to do about that.  The Euro
housings do have a city light, and some people have installed an
orange bulb in there to serve as the turn signal, but I don't think
it would work too well when the main beams are on.  Others have
gone the full Euro bumper conversion so they would solve that problem.
Also, the ellisoid version of the Euro lights you want is made
for cars with the B4 hood.  If you install it on your B3 car there will
be a big gap between the edge of the center grill and the light.
A B4 hood conversion is the remedy , but I don't know if you want
to get into all that.
