100Q vs V8 clutch holding torque

Hi all. 
The holding torque of the 100Q with a 240mm disk is the same as the V8 with the same 240mm disk ?

If not what give the holding tork of the pressure plate, disk ... ?  or how can i get more holding torque from my 100Q with a 240mm disk ? 
i know the disk composite do part of the job for friction  but what else ?  spring on the disk ? ......
