Solution: turbo bolt (innermost) - 200q20v

Yeah, I tried the crowsfoot, but because I have a 7A intake manifold over 
top my exhaust manifold, I don't have the height clearance for my breaker 
bar to clear enough to turn the nut 1/6 of a rotation.  Turning the stubby 
as a "long crowsfoot" allowed enough room.
