Fun with parts identification - type 44 bumper bellows

I'd buy that... but how do they tell if other cars' bumpers have been 
pushed in?

No one called up and said they needed their bellows due to bumper 
shaking...  then again, you could be right.  The FA calls it a "gasket"?!?
