Too rich 5kcstq - idles now, oil everywhere

I have to take back what I said about my car. It's not a heap. It
finally showed me some love- I got it idling and tuned the CO screw as
suggested below. Whew. Just took a bit more patience.

Thanks for the hints guys. I'm back in business.

Now if I can get a handle on these oil leaks. My valve cover is leaking
like a sieve. I torqued the nuts to 7 ft-lbs per the Bentley, I'm using
a rubber gasket with those metal rings in it- I didn't screw up and
leave the gasket folded over...

Should I use some gasket sealer on this? Throw it away and use RTV?
Just tighten the nuts some more and ignore the Bentley (again)?
