Where is cruise control brain located on 89 100 FWD?

Ok....trying to get cruise working on my 89 100.  Pump tested fine, pedal switch tested fine, holds vauum no problem....no apparently broken wires in the cruise switch / steerign column.  Leads me to believe I have a bad brain.....cruise brain that is....any one know where it is located on an 89 100 FWD Auto or how to get to it?
