Code 2132 on '88 80Q

Hello All,

Shop says that a 2132 code means a faulty 'Data
Cable'.  Can anyone shed any light on this code?  I'm
not familiar with the cable.

Check engine light comes on 5-10 minutes into a drive
and this code gets pulled.  Just had it in the shop
for a driveline overhaul...maybe something didn't get
regrounded?
