A4Q 1.8T engine rebuild questions

I'm assembling my first 1.8T engine, and need a bit of help and information,
hopefully someone here can help. First, the new main bearing set has six
'grooved' shells vs. the original bearings only having five. Was this a
manufacturing mistake, or does one main bearing cap also get a grooved
bearing, and if so, which one? Secondly, I need the torque specs for the rod
and main bearing bolts, plus the settings for front crank sprocket and
flywheel bolts (manual). Lastly, the original engine had the updated timing
tensioner and belt, recently replaced before that engine went kaput. Is the
tensioner reusable, can it be recompressed, and if so how? Thanks for any
