Audi woes - new wheel, rotor, front panel

Hey guys,

Well, got my 93 Quattro 90S back from the Mechanic on Friday and it ran
like a dream... until this morning.  Noticed a hard shimmy in the wheel and
a knocking sound and less than 30 seconds later I was sliding down the
highway minus my front left tire.  Apparently either the mechanic didn't
tighten the lugnuts(doubtful as he probably didn't even pull that tire -
the CV joint I had replaced was the front right), or Wal-Mart screwed up
when I had my tires rotated last Sunday.  I'm leaning toward Wal-Mart.

So, my car was again towed to the garage.  Twice in one week, that's got to
be a record.  My front left panel is shot.  I'd imagine I'll need a new
rotor after sliding for about 40 yards on the old one.  I need a new tire
as this one got a nice slice in it when it came off.  Need new
lugnuts(could only find one).  And I need a new wheel.  Does anyone have
any ideas on what the panel, rotor and wheel are going to cost?  I'm not
sure if my mechanic does body work or not, so if not does anyone know a
good place to have the panel replaced in Western PA(I'm an hour east of
Pittsburgh).  Hopefully nothing else got ruined when the tire came off.
