Audi woes - new wheel, rotor, front panel

Hi Jan,

I took your advice and called the Wal Mart Tire & Lube express.  The first
guy said "we torque to torque standards" and blew me off.  That annoyed me
so I called the store manager and he put me in touch with the TLE manager. 
He said he'll turn it into their insurance company and he's going to call
me back this afternoon with a claim number.  He added that "then it's out
of our hands" which I guess is a polite way of saying "So don't bother us
again".  ;)  

So, I guess Wal-Mart's Insurance Company will be calling me within the next
3-5 days.  I'm not too optimistic that they're going to do anything but
it's worth a shot.  I was checking part prices on-line and found I can get
the fender for $99, which is much less than I expected.  Still have to get
a wheel(don't know if I'll be able to find one that matches my others
thought, grrr)and a new tire and probably a rotor.  Hopefully nothing else
was damaged when it hit the road.  I know the big black piece of hard
plastic which is around the wheel is shot(cut/torn to heck), don't know how
much something like that costs.
