So BMW drivers lie about that too!

Right. These are *reported* numbers rather than observed. A bit suspect.
When it comes to BMW drivers and *driving* we know they talk about it much
more than they do it. Why should sex be any different :)

Here's my interpretation of this research (and I used to do this
professionally):

The real stats:

Audi (3.2) (We're always understating our performance...and working hard to
improve it)
VW (2.2) (except for the neuBeetle)
VW (.4) (newBeetle)
Mini (1.0) (too busy driving)
Corvette (0.0) (worried about size of equipment)
BMW (.5) (paid for)
BMW (.2) (with willing unpaid participant)

And so on. :)
