Turn signals don't blink

Andrew asked:  "In the ongoing list of bizarre things that don't work on my
2000 A6Q, recently the turn signals have intermittently started
to not blink. After a few tries or minutes, they work again, and
the 4-ways always seem to work."

Known A6 problem, probably others as well.  Turn signal relay.  Our nearest
dealer had more than one in stock.  Part of the emergency flasher, as I
recall.  Might try working the hazard switch a few times (works on many
other cars), but it didn't work on the last couple I've fixed.  HTH, John
