Leaking Vents in Hatch of CQ

Has anyone ever resealed the vents in the hatch of a '90-'91 CQ? There is one
on each side next to the spare wheel well and rear window washer reservoir.

Mine are leaking water and need to be resealed. Any BTDT info would be
appreciated.
