As a short term fix you can stick a head light relay in the socket for 
the fuel pump relay.  The pump will just run when the key is on.  Not as 
safe since it will run even if the engine stalls, but much better than 
having nothing.  I must admit I have run my car this way for the last 9 
or so months.
