wheel limits

I had some 17" OZ Racing wheels. One was out of round
sufficiently much that they could not balance the
tire/wheel combination. I could feel that it was lumpy
on the way home. Another was slightly out of round but
could be balanced. 

For me, being able to balance the wheel would
represent some kind of borderline for what is OK
highway driving. Autobahn and track is another thing.
