88 5ksq/885kcsq Parts Compatibility

Hello all,

While looking for a couple of good doors for a 88 5ksq project that I'm about to embark on I found a really solid 88 5kcsq in a local boneyard for short money.  I'm tempted to drop my current (relatively) low-milage 88 5ksq engine into the 5kcsq... Are the 88 5ksq and 88 5kcsq's the same relative to what I'm thinking of doing?  What is the distinction between the two [types]?  TIA.
