NAC-- Subaru knock sensor fix

I stumbled across this page today, where a guy has developed & sells an
inline circuit that slightly suppresses knock signals.  From his page, it
seems this was a problem with the Subaru KS/ECU.

He says it will work for any knock-sensor equipped motor.  Figured this
might someday, somehow prove useful to someone on the list.
