Real-world value of A4 Quattro Sport?

A friend wants to buy my '97 A4 1.8T Quattro, 5-speed, 96K miles, sport
interior and suspension, etc. Kelly Blue Book and NADA do not agree on
price, and don't really add for sport options. It's black with black cloth,
multi-disc CD, nice except for a couple small dings, all service up to date.
What is it really worth [anyone interested?], is $9000 too much or
reasonable, given that sports are hard to find, especially 5-speed? Thanks.
