Brett,
As JordanVW posted that he was replacing a radiator
on an 86 5KTQ, he doesn't NEED the side connections
for the auxiliary radiator.
I went OEM from an aftermarket vendor, reasoning the
same as many, that if my OEM radiator went 14 years
and 180K miles, that the new one would do just fine.
Modines would work, but are more pricey, + would have
to be shipped.
I sourced from list vendor DoubleZ for around $200.

Nissan, but they're garbage- very little paint, poor welds. Peter
Schulz had his out after maybe 2 years, I think; cracked weld led to
a leak...whereas the OEM usually lasts 10 or more (mine lasted 13
before developing a pinhole leak at the bottom).
Modine many years ago built a nice, solid aluminum unit. No more-
plastic end-tanks and no extra connections for the aux radiator.
