charging question

Anyway, I was about to give the car some rest after driving it home,

decided to run a voltmeter on the car.  Looking at 12.4 volts or so
with the 
battery in the car, approx 13.4 volts with the car running and 13.3
volts under an 
increased load -- fans running lights on, etc.

Does this sound like an alternator that needs to be replaced?  Voltage

Regulator?  Or, should I leave it alone, I will be fine?
