Type44 Euro Front Bumper GP?

The auxiliary radiator underneath the intercooler needs the space
available in the US-spec bumper. This is why all of the euro 200q 20vs
all had the US-spec front bumper, from '89 to '91.

Note that you can't assume that a flared fender car is a 20v in
Europe, because they had stuff like the 100 sport with flared fenders
and all-red taillights (with the same center finisher as our 100s).
