We talked to a lawer at the begining of this mess.  It was just a 30 
minute first discussion sort of thing.  He felt we would need to sue in 
his county to be able to inforce any collections or garnishing.  
Thinking back however he did not look up anything he was just talking in 
generalities.  Sounds like I need to research specifics for my situation.
