200 front seat height

The pass front seat is noticeably higher than the driver's seat in my
'90 200.  Has anyone else noticed this?  No amount of power adjusment
will bring it down to the same height.  It's just enough that I brush my
head on the ceiling when in the passenger seat, but not in the driver's
seat.  It's not seat back adjustment; I can visually see the "bum" part
of the pass seat is higher referenced off the center console/parking
brake lever.

These are leather but not the sport seats.  Just wondering if anyone
else has noticed this?
