The only "relay" is the window/sunroof control module, which gives you
the one-touch down feature and provides retained power after the ignition
is turned off but before the driver's door (or both front doors, depending
on model year) is/are opened.  So, if all other windows work, then chances
are the control module is fine.  As already mentioned, I would first check
for frayed or broken wires in the door jamb rubber accordian.  Then, I
would check the switches and then the window regulator/motor itself.
