Besides all that, it's a product of the Volvo DAF thing, and it's built in
the NL, not Sweden.  Badge engineering, sorta.  Dorf does a LOT of this.  I
see more and more later Volvos here at the shop, and they're subject to a
LOT of issues that just shouldn't be there.  I service a half dozen on a
regular basis, and have sold 4 window switch units.  Not repairable (my
resident nerd tried to fix his a couple of times before springing for a new
one) and you buy the whole unit, not just one switch, motor mount problems,
cracked oil pans (the local dealer stocks one), seat mounted controls that
fall off, a TON of steering locks, things like that.  Other local
independents report similar experiences.
