I've never seen heated (pun?) discussions over coolant like I've seen on
this list.
I, however, would be in favor of finding a *readily available*
substitute for Pentosin, something I don't have to special order but can
buy locally. It just makes me nervous having to either have it in stock
or order it before any project involving the cooling system.
And yes, yes, you can get it on sale and yes you should have some in
stock at all times anyway, etc etc.
But that said I'm running the orange Prestone in my 200 (shrug).
Regardless, I don't see a problem with at least *considering* IF the
Home Depot stuff will work..........if anyone has any useful input
beyond criticizing one for just asking.
