Ty,
In addition to the possibility of using VW plastic fender extensions
(applications are, '83 - '84 Rabbit GTi and Jetta GLi, '85 - 92 Golf
GT, GTi and Jetta GLi as well as some Wolfburg variants, VW
Quantum GL5, Quantum Syncro) there are bolt on plastic flares
that are often used by SCCA racers in the Street Prep classes,
(I've seen plenty of them, on CSP Hondas, and Porsche 914's)
although sorry, I don't have any direct sources. You could start
with www.stranoparts.com ,ask for Sam Jr, whom is an avid and
exceptional Solo2 racer. Even if his store doesn't carry the flares,
he could most likely put you in the right direction for a source.
