I don't think you can take them out together.  I can't speek exactly for 
your car, but in my experience the regulator comes out through the door 
panel and the glass goes out the top.  If you scribe the current 
location of the window on the regulator you should be able to get it 
very close to start.  It is not that hard to adjust IMHO.
