If you want to do research on Nokian's product line, you need to go here:

This is their worldwide website- better info and more current than
what their US website shows. Also, the websites you refer to are
vendor sites, not the manufacturer's.

WRs are great if you do a lot of cold weather driving on mostly clear
roads- they have a 50k treadwear warranty and they have decent dry and
wet grip, much better than most dedicated snow tires. The RSI or Hakka
4 would be the preferred tire if you see a lot of snow on the ground
and get lots of ice and snow.

The WR is a cold all-season tire- I wouldn't drive on it in the
summer, but that might just be my preference.
