Dave,

Consider taking the entire lock carrier right off. For a backyard mechanic
like me it made it a lot easier to work on the front of the engine. It only
takes a few more minutes to disconnect the various electrical connections,
headlight sprayers, radiator, etc. Then just bend the A/C coil out of the
way without disconnecting it.
