CEL @ 1.0bar

Here's an easy one for the guru's:

I've had my CEL lighting up for roughly a week now any time I'm at or over 1.0bar on the EFI'd '87 5ktq. IIRC this could signify a bad or disconnected IAT sensor right? Any other things it might mean? It is not related to the WOT switch, definately only related to pressure. Is the IAT sensor used for anything on the ignition side? Since I'm running EFI with a separate IAT sensor I suppose I could ditch the stock one, but how can I trick the MAC-11 into not annoying me about it?
