McMaster-Carr, Home Depot, Maryland Metric(most extensive), and the
local hardware store which actually has a very decent amount of
SS...so on etc. I meant to use a lot of SS hardware when i did my
radiator, but in the interests of time I just sprayed each fastener
with Boeshield once it was assembled.

Best bet there is probably Maryland Metric or McMaster.

McMaster's catalog pages do a very good job of explaining materials,
benefits of different designs, etc on many items, ranging from sheets
of aluminum to bearings to clamps to hardware bits. A layman such as
myself who doesn't know the first thing about bearings could walk up
to their page on bearings and come away with the right one for the
job. I've always been impressed with the amount of information
provided...
I think Maryland Metric probably has the most extensive range of
sizes and grades.
