Metric hardware sources?

I've got the Multistandard Catalog (actually weighs more than McMaster!).
One issue is cost (Multi prefers that you order larger amounts, otherwise it
can get a little pri$ey), and the other is the time I spend determining the
right fastener for the right job.  Audi parts desk dude I am not.

How I wish there were more HW kits available for specific jobs (like
suspension rebuilds...Blau sells one, but it's 90 beans, and if I'm buying
HW, I like to have spares).  I spoke to Eagle Day (www.eagleday.com), who is
a Porsche specialist; they indicated they might be interested in creating
OEM-equivalent HW kits for Audi.  If anything comes of that, I'll let the
list know.
