Metric hardware sources?

Yes! My local CAT dealer is great. If they don't have it they can get
it overnight as they get a truck from Denver each day. The only *local*
source for 9/16" hardware for me (99% of hardware stores jump from .5"
to 5/8 as 9/16" is apparently considered automotive specialty), but I've
also purchased metric hardware from CAT; many of their bolts are
available in 1/8" (or whatever the metric equivalent would be) length
increments - try finding that kind of selection at your local hardware
store. And the prices have always been what I've considered quite
reasonable.
CAT claims all their bolts exceed Gr8 requirements

Lest we forget, John Deere and Caterpillar dealers are a veritable
cornucopia of metric hardware, all with decent prices. John
