hrmmmm, coming from someone with a VERY good relationship with Brians
I can tell you this Captain Uninformed...Its entirely  posible that
this person calling "for service" isnt qualified to pass judgement.  I
mean afterall, he's not willing do do his own work, and not havig done
it you have absolutely no point  of refereence as to what it entails. 
if he rubbed you the wrong way, i suggest you grow a thicker skin. 
ssometimes someone with experience is telling you that youre wasting
your hard earned money, it wouldnt be the first time.  There isnt a
better shop in MA period, waste your money elsewhere at your own 
risk.
